Do you handle back orders?
No. We do not handle back orders. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
Are PROWL shoes orthopedic shoes?
No. PROWL shoes are stylish, biomechanically sound shoes for the normally developing foot. They give maximum flexibility while protecting your foot from the elements. If you have been recommended an orthopedic shoe, you should seek a specialist’s advice.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes. We ship orders to an expanding list of international destinations.
What is your return policy?

Is there a fit variation between the different styles?
All PROWL shoes are made with the same mold. With the exception of extremely large feet, if you fit in any kind of footwear style, you should fit in our shoes as well.
How can I become a PROWL shoes retailer?

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any cancellation or amendment. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this can cause. However, if you receive your parcel and want to do a return and be refunded, please contact us at email@example.com.
